Performance Coaching for Leaders and Teams

Are you a corporate leader or seasoned business owner looking to develop your leadership skills, improve team performance or create a stronger team culture?

I know there’s a lot of “leadership” training out there and it’s hard to know what that word even means anymore. To be honest, I didn’t know I had a knack for leadership development until both my parents (who have been running businesses for over 30 years), started asking me to coach them.

Here’s some of the main challenges they were looking for my support in:

  • Being effective when giving constructive feedback to their team

  • Improving employee satisfaction and motivating them to do their best work

  • Managing employee conflict

  • Showing up authentically while maintaining healthy professional boundaries

I realized in coaching my parents, and then expanding that work to other business leaders, that there’s a big difference between excelling in a task-management based role, and excelling in a people-management based role. You can be the most knowledgeable person about your industry or product, but if you don’t know how to effectively manage relationships, you’re going to struggle as a leader in your space.

Relationship management has always been my greatest strength, and with graduate-level training in sport, performance and positive psychology, I have been able to make my work with business leaders even more impactful by infusing it with the latest science and research on human flourishing.

If you’re looking for personalized leadership support for you or your team, here’s both relationship and performance-based areas we can work on together in the Performance Coaching Program:

  1. Communication and Feedback Processes

  2. Confidence and Mental Toughness

  3. Individual and Organizational Values Alignment

  4. Authentic Leadership Styles and Expression

  5. Motivation and Commitment Towards Organizational Mission

  6. Conflict Management

  7. Employee Engagement, Satisfaction and Performance

The ultimate goal of this work is to help you and your team connect to a stronger sense of purpose so that you can all perform at a higher level without sacrificing meaningfulness and fulfillment.

Practically speaking, success without fulfillment is unsustainable, and from a lens of meaningfulness, what is success without fulfillment, if not the ultimate failure?

Let’s take your success journey into the new paradigm, where what’s practical and what’s purposeful can finally come together.

Lilly was feeling scattered and disorganized as she was trying to bring multiple creative projects to life. Through our work together, she developed a system and structure that allowed her to achieve her goals from a more grounded and peaceful state of mind. She got clear on her purpose and allowed this alignment to drive her to accomplish what mattered most to her and the people she serves.
